John Spalten from Aladdin Environmental performed a visual inspection of where our plumbing leak occurred, checked the moisture levels, took inside and outside (control) air samples, and provided advice on how to best address the exposed interior of wall. We lucked out and he was able to conduct the service on very short notice.
The inside air samples that he took adjacent to the plumbing leak proved to be much lower than the outside air control sample. I was provided a professionally arranged written report along with lab data and pictures taken the day of the inspection. Air samples were taken on a Friday, and I had the results by the following Wednesday.
I would recommend Aladdin Environmental to anyone.

We called John with Aladdin Environmental LLC to assist us in easing a residents concern that the apartment might have mold after a washing machine overflowed. John was professional and thorough on testing the unit and air quality. Within 24hrs we had the final report to reassure the resident the air quality was free of mold or harmful contaminants.
